    - You allow credit institutions, without additional confirmation, to receive, send and check all submitted data in any database or register that has the right specified by the legislator to disclose information to third parties for the purpose of assessing solvency, including the Credit Register of the Bank of Latvia, the State Revenue Service, the database of debt repayment of licensed enterprises Creditreform Latvia SIA, Paus Consults SIA, the database of the debtors and the Maintenance Guarantee Fund register, the Citizenship and Migration Affairs Office, the Population Register, and / or by using data verification through a third party.
